Think they had it on an episode of Scrubs, and it might have been in the soundtrack to the wedding singer too.

Big tune, wouldn't be surprised if it's in all sorts of films.

Yeah i got all the ones off Wiki, sigh, she still claims she hasn't heard it, just made her watch TopGun as a punishment for insulting the 80's

[  ] She is as big a fan as me

I think it's one you have to watch in the 80s to really appreciate it.  Watching it for the first time now probably isn't the same. 

How can anyone not have seen Top Gun?  I was talking to someone the other day who hasn't seen any Star Wars films.  WTF is that about?

A friend of mine went to a journey gig once.

They didn't play Don't stop believing.
He thinks it was their encore, but it never got played because hardly anyone clapped.
