It is so obvious in this thread opponent has KK+ that you have to like the call with QQ to set mine.
In real life we really need to use what info we have on opponent to decide. We have been at table with villain for 2 hours by the sound of things so we should have a pretty good idea where we are in the hand. Folding is pretty horrible - at least we cant make any huge mistakes tho. If this is the first time opponent has 3-bet then I think we can give opponent benefit of the doubt and call to set mine. If we have seen him 3-bet before then our 4-bet seems fine. Calling a 5-bet with QQ and our stack against someone we only know as "quite tight" seems pretty marginal.
