The time issue is a thing for me,since you know you will have a seat for next month why even wait till the week before to run them why not run a sat next week and the week after for next months thus giving people a few weeks to sort travel out,i only haven't played as i've been out but am interested in playing sats for this just 3 days is no good for me gl to both who qualified on nice one getting it to run

OMG, Ray must be off the booze!!!

Good post sir and linked to Laz's, highlights major probs for most blonde members, smaller and more sats spread over the month do seem like the best idea.

I have played a few of these, always knowing there was little chance of making it to London and happy to have a stake in someone (thanks Celtic)

The month I did make it to London, I ended up in one of the best run cardrooms playing a great comp in a great atmosphere.

Agree that we should be encouraging the club to try to encourage some of the locals to participate.
