I took weeks to decide for mine. In the end I dragged a mate along and went to Lakes to see them in action and also get his opinion. Narrow it down to one or two then go and see them, otherwise you'll have doubts and concerns on if you are doing the right thing.
Come back and get it from the cheapest place on the net obv though.

Thing is, they're never set up properly in the shops - so you can't really compare like with like.
Think I'm going to go for the £800 one. Feeling balla.

Only takes you two weekends to dust that off on the cash tables at DTD. wp imo, good buy

The G seems a lot better than the S, but the price reflects this.

So - I've been doing some reading.
As my telly will be for watching sport (most of the time), motion blurring (or lack of) is important.
From what I've read plasma is better for coping with motion than LCD - or is that not the case any more? I've also read that plasma gives better clarity and 'black' in dim light, but doesn't perform as well in bright light.
So for me, would plasma make sense?
hockey is NOT a sport!
lolol have you ever played it?
lol..of course I have..in every school in Holland they make you play loads of sports during gym class.

When I was 12 our school hockey team when on a trip to Holland where we played 3 local teams. We were invincible back home, never beaten, and usually won most of our matches by a clear 6-7 goals. Every team we played in Holland completely slaughtered us!

yeah we play hockey about 10+ times a year in gymclass and most gym teachers take it fairly seriously.

Can't take delivery of it before next Friday anyway, so would have to wait.
I have a house full of boxes and stuff everywhere after my move, and just thought I'd get some more stuff to add to it
