Whatever the medical findings, it doesn't look like she was cheating, just an unfortunate born female on the outside, male on the inside.

The IAAF should be absolutely ashamed at how this has taken place in public, the test is supposed to be secret until there's a proven case to answer, and if the results are as leaked, then some ssensitivity on the impact it'll have on her should have been the first consideration.
