The tide of big money Tourneys rolls on & on. In the next few weeks, there's the EPO, the WSOP-E, the European Championships at The Vic, & then the London EPT Fessie.

To play every Event at that lot would cost.....?

Anyway, here's some more spiel to try & absorb with all the rest of incoming gumf.

STARS HEAD TO LONDON FOR POKERSTARS
EPT POKER FESTIVAL

LONDON, UK, SEPTEMBER 11, 2009: A host of stars are set to play at the PokerStars EPT London Poker Festival which promises to be the biggest series of poker events ever held in the UK.

Among the top pros competing are EPT London defending champion Michael Martin as well as world champion Peter Eastgate, former world champions Joe Hachem, Chris Moneymaker, Greg Raymer as well as Dennis Phillips, Daniel Negreanu, Vanessa Rousso and Barry Greenstein – all members of Team PokerStars PRO.

Joe Cada, Eric Buchman and Kevin Schaffel –PokerStars’ WSOP 2009 finalists – are also taking part, giving Europeans the chance to see the “November Nine” players up against each other only a month before the World Series final.

Team PokerStars PRO Daniel Negreanu said: “The EPT London event has evolved into more of a festival than a typical EPT stop.  The main event is still the crown jewel in London, but if you don't win that there are loads of other events to play in with ranging buyins, including the High Roller event and my personal favourite an 8-game mixed event. Even for those not looking to play in the main event, there is something for everyone at various buy in levels that should satisfy the high roller, and the not so high roller!”

Satellites for the PokerStars EPT London Poker Festival, which starts September 30, are running now on PokerStars. Players can win their trip to the UK capital for as little as $2.22 or 111 FPPs.

A total of 16 tournaments are planned for the festival including the £5k main event, the EPT London £20k High Roller event and the first-ever £2k European 8-Game Championship. The massively-expanded schedule has been facilitated by EPT London’s move from the Grosvenor Victoria Casino to a spacious new home at the Hilton Metropole Hotel.

The festival follows the two-week European Poker Championships being held at the Grosvenor Victoria Casino and will once again cement London’s reputation as the poker capital of Europe
