Cash Games - Hard Rock Hollywood, Florida

Not sure if this is the right section for this but I am pretty certain that it is the posters in PHA whose advice I want.....
Am currently spending some time in South Florida due to my father in law being ill and with nothing to do I have ended up playing a lot of cash in the local casinos. Until July 1st all poker rooms in Florida had a max buyin of $100 irrespective of game size but this has now been abolished and most games have the usual buyin rules but the $1-$2 games have remained the same for those punters who want to only buyin for $40-$100. Initially I played $1-3 and $2-$5 but one day decided to take a look at the old $1-$2 games and basically what seems to have happened is that all of the better players at that level have migrated to $1-$3 and all of the fish have decided they want to cap their losses $100 a buyin still and have stayed where they were and this has made these games extra juicy but so far, after putting in about 60 hours there I am only winning about $60 and have been brutalised in a fair few pots. So onto the advice I am after:
Most pots have 6 or 7 limpers and a 6bb or 7bb raise is likely to get a couple of callers. My approach has been to bet my strong hands very strongly but also to limp with pretty much any two with 5+ limpers and play if I hit the flop very hard ie.two pair plus preferably top two. Does this sound like a fair strategy?? There are a couple of regular nits in the game but their raising ranges are very tight and they can fold an overpair easily so rather than calling with cards to break them I am folding as I figure I have no implied odds???
What kind of bankroll am I likely to need to play this game? It seems to me to have massive variance as even with massive hands like made straights and flushes I will be called by two pair and possibly TPTK with outs. Initially I thought 20buyins would be enough but now I am not so sure. I can easily lose 4 or 5 buyins in a session.
Any advice for playing games like this would be massively appreciated and is my game selection right or would my earn be better simply playing the $1-$3 or $2-$5 games?? My thinking at the moment is that I could probably make something in the region of 8-10bb/100 in this game maybe even higher....is this unrealistic???
