I don't know if many of u know but I now live in a converted warehouse
on Thursday the unit under me got broken into
load of tools went missing, drills cordless gear etc
the whole builing has CCTV and alarms but since I moved in my cousin thought it
wasn't needed to alarm up or even run the 12 cameras recording CCTV
so last few nights all armed up alarms CCTV ect
well tonight
11pm side door exit alarm oooooahhhh so I go downstairs with this meat cleever chitting myself
to find noone
reset alarm
fuk it goes off again 1am
go down again
same thing on alarm
side door exit entry
I go check door etc all looks ok
4am same thing
so I decide to turn alarm off been sitting here with machette now 6.10

any ideas why alarm would be going off??
It has the magnetic contacts etc

Try setting the alarm during the day and see if it keeps going off.

At least you can get some sleep at night then.

Keep machete under your pillow.

Sometimes there are contact pads under the carpets to detect movement, have you checked them

Good luck mate

sack the alarm, and buy a yorkshire terrior,,,,,they think they're hard a **** and will take on any burglar before getting drop kicked 300 metres,,, but they are noisy little bastards and will wake you up so can get your machete in time Smiley

Can we have pictures please? Love the idea of New York loft living in Wales!  I have seriously looked longingly at disused offices thinking what amazing living spaces they would make.
