Just spoken to on line support, they said they need to "speak to a boss" and will email me.
Pretty frustrating as I definately cant play it, as far as I am concerned its yours mate.
Don't know if any of the mods can have a word with any of the guys at DTD to make this work a bit easier ??
Cheers

This is by no means an official post, but from what I gathered last night, seats are non transferable. If you cannot play then I would gather you would get a refund if you notified them. Swapping or selling seats (again from what I gather) are a no no. The person who bought the seat will be the person registered on DTD's computer.

Ok, just had a call from Sophia at DTD support, they wont transfer the seat, but will refund it, so cant help you out in the end, sorry
however that should mean there is now one spare seat if you log onto DTD and keep watching (or give them a call and beg maybe !!)
Cheers
