Anyone having a bet today?

I was at Forest V Derby midweek so missed Liverpool but from the "highlights" it didn't look great so had a small bet on Bolton today.

Considering Sunderland, Hull, Swansea, Brighton and Brentford as other bets.

Hull are a stone cold certainty. Our away form is dreadful, and the team is in flux.

Hearts and Rangers double for me.

Also same teams with Man Utd & Arsenal for a fourfold.

I saw that Ramsey played the first hour for Forest, how did he look to you?

Henri Lansbury has been really good for us, fwiw Ralph. Deffo a premiership player of the future whether that is at Arsenal, probs too early to tell.

Lansbury is very highly rated by Wenger and will most likely be in our first team squad next season.

Still don't think he's match sharp Ralph. I heard Diaby's injury means that Wenger hasn't let Forest keep him for another month which is a shame.
Forest had a few games called off due to the weather and he hasn't played as much as either Forest or Arsenal hoped I expect.
Didn't have a great first half but as I say I think that is due to lack of games. Didn't show any signs that the injury was going to hold him back. He got taken out once by a Derby player and probably saw it coming but just rode the foul and took the free kick.
Looked better in the 2nd half and I thought he was starting to get hold of the game when Billy Davies took him off. I suspect that was because they thought the game was won and he could go to Wenger and say "he's still not ready for 90mins, can we have him for another month?".
Showed a couple of moments where you could tell he was a level above what was on the pitch. A pass or two that Forest players didn't read and you could imagine Arshavin or Walcott getting on the end of but the Forest players just looked at him as if to say "ah great idea but too good for me"

He wouldn't have been match-fit as I believe he'd only had a couple of appearances as a sub. previously, and that was his first start. The big freeze didn't help either of us. I'm pleased to hear that he handled the challenge well as the mental side of coming back from his shawcrossing is key.

Did he play centrally or on the flanks?

I don't know if you noticed but he is the most naturally two-footed player that I've seen for a long time.

Ramsey played centrally the other night. Yeh I thought he was left footed previously and now I'm not even sure.

On Over 2.5 goals in the Huddersfield V Wednesday match. Could go either way and it could be a hammering as both teams like to score/can't defend.
Not feeling confident, December results were a 2-1 loss, a 6-2 win followed by a 5-1 loss. Doesn't seem to be any consitency. 3-1 Huddersfield I reckon.
