PC help: Stars tables flicker when using HEM

I am using windows vista with basic theme with table ninja.

When I use table ninja without HEM the tables pop up very smooth and there is no delay after I click a button.
The same issue occurs with HEM running without table ninja.

It is a minor problem but can be very annoying when playing more than 10 tables.
The problem involves the poker stars tables flickering when the focus changed between stacked tables.



I have already posted this problem on HEM site and had no help.

I have tried:
Running everything as admin
Switching off table ninja
uninstalling anti virus
updating graphics drivers
changing the opacity of the HUD
Uninstalling HEM and PostSQL and reinstalling
uninstalling ultramon
disconnecting my second monitor
changing the table themes

This is a very tilting thing and I'm pretty desperate to resolve the issue, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Also dont a complete sweep of my pc, got rid of the needless programs at start up and got rid of any trojans
