2013 ...... has been the strangest of years its included some of the worst times of my life and the best!

January...It started the worst way possible with a close friend and poker player who died in tragic circumstances.

February .... as i posted day by day in this thread http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=60396.0

after being cancelled  twice   in February my dad finally went into theatre on the 8th of march for removal of his cancer of the oesophagus

March Dad in intensive care and one of the worst days of my life on the 13th when me and mum sat with him and didn't think he was going to make it.

17th off intensive care and on the ward .... one of the best days of my life !

April best poker achievement so far ........final the dtd Monte Carlo finishing 6th for 18k

May get diagnosed with bells palsy and suffer with a lob sided face ! and slur my words for a month!

July had an amazing two weeks in Tunisia with my family with autobetKev and girlfriend Sharon joining us for the second week

August my grandpa is getting worse (he has alzheimers) and its decided he is to move into a home he is happier now which is good news.

i also work away for the first time in 20 years at the Grand hotel Trafalgar square!

Oct ....final dtd deep-stack & take my family back to Tunisia!

What a year !  good and bad but an eventful one for leethefish !

@ tikay thank you it's been a long year !
I will be starting differently next year back on the diet!.....as long as no one dies or or takes a trip to the intensive care ward !!

@ Craig thin I know  Wink but two major DTD final tables this year has allowed me to take the family to Tunisia twice and put enough away for a trip of a lifetime for me and Alison to Vegas for my 40th in April next year!

That's a great quote by the way and your kind words are appreciated thank you.
