Scamming online is nothing new, I used to play the high stakes cash games online in the relatively early days of online poker. 200/400 limit games mainly but also alot of 50/100 NL as is normal I played the same guys everyday for months and a few of them won significant amounts of money, Where are they now ? gone.. now maybe they just decided that there is easier ways to earn thousands a day than using their poker abilities or just maybe their scam was uncovered by the poker room concerned and told in no uncertain fashion to bugger off on the quiet, Im not at all bitter about this as you live and learn and I still play alot online but now mainly comps, but one of lifes rules apply here. If there is alot of money at stake someone will find a way of beating the system

Oh to have a time machine...

Raise/fold pre. Actually limp is ok if he's loose/passive. If he's aggro then raise or fold, defo don't limp.

As played, I'd check the flop. Pot control vs this guy. Its an icm disaster if you bust to this guy so I'd just keep the pot small and look to bet on a safe turn and reeval river.

Once you make a friggin STRAIGHT FLUSH you can sack all that off and build the pot as much as you like!

Never thought I'd actually see the day where there'd be a pha about folding straight flushes in holdem....sighs.

100% fold pre imo. we have big chips and the only person in the comp covers us, lets not go about playing OOP pots vs him with Q9o imo.

seriously if he was blind and only had 1 card I reckon I'd just fold, unless the table was full of sick sick players and there aren't much in the way of free chips about.
