I think I should fold the turn, but there's some many semi bluffs in his range I thought I could still be good. The river is pretty cold cos I can beat all two pairs now, but dunno whether he shoves them. This is just after another hand where he's seen me fire three barrels including an overbet river jam (he'd rivered the nuts so didn't get through sigh), so may perceive me as being tilted but knows I'm a reg so dunno how much that'll affect things.

Preflop: Hero is BTN with
3 folds, Hero raises to $4.00, 1 fold, Redmond100 calls $4.00

Flop: ($11.00)     (2 players)
Redmond100 checks, Hero bets $6.00, Redmond100 raises to $18.00, Hero  calls $18.00

Turn: ($53.00)    two hearts   (2 players)
Redmond100 bets $34.00, Hero calls $34.00

River: ($121.00)        (2 players)
Redmond100 bets $143, Hero calls $143.00

You absolutely have to call river since you called turn imo.

Surely a decent part of his range is a decent FD say KQ/KJ. I think this is a snao call on river if he is the kind of guy who can do this with KQ/KJ on river. Maybe even bare spades.

Also wtf is he repping when he c/r flop. Make a note on that either way.

Snap imo, if he has 44/55/A3 then I don't think you can get away from it, his value range is so narrow that he doesn't need to have that many combos of bluffs to make this a call. Especially as he can be value betting  x here or maybe even AT (this might be a bit thin). Also his bet sizing seems strange when he could easily bet the turn a bit bigger so he doesn't have to overbet the river, dunno if its worth reading anything into that.

I think some regs will try to use textures like this to de-polarise there c/r range by c/r stuff like T* for value hoping to induce something from you if they think you can be a bit spazzy.

I don;t really know about this hand, but if it helps I think in game I'd have played it the same as you. I dont think the river card actually changes a great deal except you can now beat AT

It also means that any flush draw with probably has to shove the river and this could easily be the difference in whether this is a call or a fold so it does change things a lot more than if the river was a or a

I call the turn, I think I play every street as you did

OTR even though u now have top 2 u still basically can only beat a bluff. He's v unlikely to have any other 2 pair combo no? Still the river changes things, villain might decide to overbet bluff this river, thinking this rarely is a good card for ur range. Depends if u think villain is capable of this?
