So basically playing dtd grand prix table quite loose in some spots.

Raised last 3 hands in a row at 100/200, then find pocket in mid position.

Raised it to 525, and active bb 3 bets to 1700.

I flatted. Right or wrong? Not necassarily to setmine but to reevaluate after the flop.

Flop comes 9 8 2 with 2 spades.

Bb leads for 2125. I flat. Presume best play?

Turn offsuit 7.

He checks but based on previous reads he looked interested.

We check or bet? If bet how much

Thanks

i'd also raise the flop almost every time, unless stack sizes were such that he could easily bet/bet/shove an overpair.

Preflop can completely depend on stacks sizes. I raise flop pretty often here, you might lose value from some hands that he barrels but it also stops you losing some value from overpairs on scare cards. Turn is a must bet, you can still get 2 streets from overpairs, protection is pretty relevant on this board, he can c/r some semibluffs etc

Btw, floating is calling to take it away on a later street, not calling to 'hit' the turn.
