Pretty new to table, the only information I have to go on is that the min3bet was instant, he's russian, and the cold 4 bet took a long tank before he did it.

Obviously I have a good hand here but what should we be continuing with?

Not many xys, and not too many xxs either.  yy has xx beat, so would obv be more likely to shove that

It just seems so obvious that my opening range is joke strong. I don't understand how to view their ranges other than super joke strong!

Kind of hate it as so short, but ak and qq+ prob right.  Struggle to fold jj this short.  I then get super tilted when the original raiser instafolds obv.

it's really hard because i'm raising so few hands here then I just want to fold the bulk of them.
