Can you say "high variance spot"? DTD 150 deepstack.

Image is lag wtfcanhehaveiteveryhand? (Yes I know..srs) I'm playing ~70k covering the table at 200/400/50.

Dealt

Folds to small blind, who I believe posts on here , older guy, nothing spaggy so far, NO 3-bets/4-bets/morebets, typical hands shown down in typical spots.

Limps in from sb, I pause and make it 1300, even before I state the amount as I don't have any 100's 27k has been slid into the middle. Small live tell of weakness but 50/50 at best.

Does him obviously having a plan to do this from the start determine he has a stronger or weaker range?

I'd say it's pretty much an indication of a mid-strength hand

Surely he can't have QQ+ here ever. So think it's a fistpump, even though it's weird.

Villain has got very unlucky, that's all... as long as you don't do anything other than call.

Of course every now and then you fall off your chair when he turns over KK, and you start to question yourself. But really that is just a setup... and besides, the money would have all gone in anyway if he'd have just raised preflop rather than limping.

I was sort of joking! But he also sort of has got unlucky cos it looks like he's had a random frustration based blowout and has run into top of his opponent's range.

High-five the dealer, and hold.
