Mysterious noise coming from Macbook. An electronic noise I mean, from the speakers, not inside the thing. Every 3/4 hours. It's a 2 second sort of "bit". Two notes with a sort of bubbling undertone! Don't know how else to describe it! It just did it again! Only 15 minutes after the last time now.
It's not related to any website I have open (I think), nor Skype (I think) nor anything else I have open that I can think of.
Do your best blonde!

I've been getting exactly the same since yesterday. Similar to a Skype message tone cut off mid way.

Yeah pretty certain it's this. Its a weird thing about the Mac vs the Windows but I don't know anyone who knows how to turn this noise off on Mac, it doesnt event happen on windows. |
