villain is normal reg but vs me he is super aggro in position (because i peel alot of 3bets and he probably thinks he has a post flop edge - he doesnt) we are 200bbs deep here so not folding and his 3bet increases vs me when we are deeper.

thoughts? anyone got any fps in them ?

In all seriousness his strategy is good but I wouldn't defend if I didn't think of was profitable too. I was unsure about playing this texture with my hand strength vs his range.. I think c/r bomb bomb is best but happy to be swayed otherwise

I think if we want to be playing the hand after the flop then calling his flop bet is a bit meh. We should c/r here as his preflop 3 betting range is going to dislike the flop texture a lot of the time.

Cant see many hands villain is folding to a raise that we dont already have beat.  Looks like he has a pretty strong hand or air imo.  Problem with trying to bluff raise is there is a flush draw on the flop and he'll prob just put you on this and wont fold overpairs - If the board was rainbow its better to go nutso on imo.

Depending on his tendencies should prob fold to turn barrel its a pretty bad card for him to be continuing on.

I think c/r the turn would be really bad it was more a question of call/call or fold now. But was also interested on c/r flop as I think that whilst overpairs may be stubborn on the flop theres going to be alot of bad run outs for him, especially when deep. I do agree with all your post though and did elect to fold.

mmmm calling or folding is really villain dependent - against an average player think its a fold.

Wouldn't want to craise the flop personally as we have a gut shot and possibly the best hand.
Also if we start going bananas then accidently hit a good card for us its difficult to get paid.
If I was going to c raise folp id rather have say 79, 56, q10.

Also being deep increases opponents positional advantage - its just as easy for him to make your life hell as it is his even if you do have blockers to the nuts.

Yeh, thanks for the comment regarding positional advantage increasing as stacks increase.  I think all of the hands ^^ are mandatory flop c/raises and think jx becomes more of a mandatory call down however think we are going to be calling flop folding turn/river a huge amount.

Also think cards that improve us don't have that much implied odds, in fact possibly the reverse as I imagine most of the middle/even the top of his value range will check back when the one liner comes.
