Wanting a Long term investment for my kids

they are 9&6

Any ideas please?

We have been told they cannot have an isa because they have the Gov savings bond when they were born.

Not needing any access and willing to take apunt for a higher return.

Main choices are: -

Child Trust fund
Unit Trust under Bare Trust for the kiddies
ISA in your own name simply 'earmarked' for their benefit

I am an IFA you want some specific advice rather than generic guidance.

You can just add to the child trust funds you have already

Most of the bets placed so far seem more like hopeful punts rather than value spots
