Got back from Vegas couple weeks ago and my Internet was for some reason terrible (very slow, disconnected every 30 mins, wouldn't let me log in to any web page that required secure connection such as online banking etc). It wasn't like this before I went away.

I don't really know what I'm doing but decided was probably smart idea to upgrade my equipment anyway. I bought a linksys e4200 router without realising it needs a dsl modem to connect to the Internet (had some combo router before) so I bought a draytek v120 modem for it. Trying to set it up now and despite the draytek saying its a simple plug in and go...it isn't!

Would really appreciate some help. I've plugged everything in correct, the draytek has green lights for power, ACT, LAN, DSL but not Internet. The limited start guide just says configure the router behind the v120 for PPPoE with the ISP username and password which I have now done but nothing is happening Sad

hmm don't want to tempt fate but i think after a reboot it's working! there is no green light for "internet" on the draytek v120 but the quickstart guide doesn't even point out the light (does for the other 4 lights...)

Have you tried turning it off and on?
