In my head peeling > 3-bet calling > jamming > folding > calling twice, but wasn't really sure... seems awkward stack-size wise.

I would say in a $22 tournament people are generally on the more passive side so when they do raise they likely have a decent hand which makes this a pretty clear call IMO. In a heads up pot you can consider checking back the flop since our K high has some showdown value but 3 way I think this is the best line and to call now. Turn depends on card/their line/sizing.

I like a peel, I'd be folding the turn if we don't pick up decent equity though.

I know we are readless but the raise otf is pretty chunky.

This leads me to believe that it's not a hand that we are getting the villain off. So jamming is out for me here as we don't fold out enough of his Ax hands. Folding seems too weak so it leaves a call. The trouble with calling is that if you hit your flush, you may struggle to get paid. as the villains big raise otf may be bacause he is worried about the flush. Again you would need reads to decide if villain is that type of player.

It is a very good hand to post and the stacks are what makes this spot tough.

I probably call and evaluate turn, being prepared to give up. You are really well chipped up here so don't need to risk losing this big a pot.

$22 mtt players are gonna be taking more  passive than aggro/creative lines, we can say he is going to have some kind of hand here (ax+) a decent percent of the time, just call and reeval for me. Stacks are too deep to just shove, 3b/c would have us absolutley crushed when called, we are getting a decent price to call with implied odds.
