Rather annoyingly, my Iphone has reset the contacts a 3 rd time. Can I just reinstall my contacts from the back up from itunes or do I have to do a full restore, thereby losing any photos taken since last update.(will store photos on photobucket, reinstall to phone then backup if I have to). Also how can I see my photos in the backup on my puter so I can see what ones on my phone i need to store elsewhere before restoring.

Are your contacts stored within your email client? If so you should be able to get them from there.

I am not sure, but can't you restore your phone to an earlier date on itunes to help this?

Sorry just checked my phone and all my contacts are backed up in the iCloud thingy. Not sure what you need to do.
