I think first time posting a thread in PHA - Monte Carlo 1c

A hand with differing opinions

Been moved to table ~3 orbits ago opened 5x, 3 uncontested one won with cbet and one fold to 3bet. 3b twice uncontested. (Stack hasn't change since I sat down)

Start hand with 23000 at beginning of 300/600/100

MP 50000 - opens to 1300 (Older guy, appears tight but hasn't folded to a 3b in 3 attempts, peeled AK oop to 3bets twice previously)
HJ 30000 - Calls (40, weak passive)
Button 30000 - calls (Live London pro - idk about ethics of naming players) Been active preflop 3b in position.

I'm in BB and talking to the table as preflop unfolds.

Pot here is 5700.

Look at my cards. TT playing 23k in bb, all eyes are on me.

WWYD here?

I peeled playing ~38bb.

Flop - (6400)
two hearts

I check
MP check
HJ check
Button 2700

I?

Appreciate all opinions even if the spot/s seem obvious

By no means an expert, especially monte carlo PHA's but I'd probably 3bet pre, a lot of dead money in there from weak players as you describe, would imagine if london reg had anything half decent he'd be 3balling, squeeze and look to get it in imo.

I like pre. Think flatting is better than squeezing. If OR didn't seem so happy to peel then I'd like squeezing more.

Flop I think I just make 6900 and call it off vs button. We have the best hand a huge amount but its gonna suck playing out of position with the PSR as it is. He's gonna be betting flop super wide, you get him to fold some hands that may bluff you on later streets or have overcards which have ok equity and he may not be prepared to fold worse pairs
