Had this kind of trickyish spot i'm not sure about. Villain is an pretty good reg i've played with a fair amount, on the aggro side and likes to fight for pots a bit. Won't perceive me as a nit and prob slightly looser than most in general.

$50nl
I open  in the CO to $1.50.
Villain flats BTN, rest fold.

Flop

I cbet $2.25, Villain flats.

Turn  two spades

I check, villain bets $4, i fold?

Can see merits for a few lines postflop i think. Wondered what other people thought?

I think you should prolly calll this turn bet, given your villain will be pretty wide OTB, and entitled to bet 6x and stab most of his diamonds. You're hand doesnt play too well on the river but I think you've just got to call.

Perhaps c/call, c/call c/? is better depending on the run out.

I like your line but definitely expecting Pleno to say 'check flop, bet/raise turn, check/raise/raise/call river as I literally have no clue anymore Smiley

I would call the turn bet, he's still betting 6x, 77 here.

Ontheriver, check he's checking behind a good % of the time. If he bets river just fold.

There has been a few hands you have posted, where you have maybe folded a bit early imo.
