Met Louis Theroux on a train a few months after the Vegas documentary came out, I hadn't been to Vegas at the time but he was pretty interested in the mental aspects of being a poker player. Thoroughly lovely chap too.

I know plenty of people who use steroids and have known them before they started using them too.

The stroppy lads, were still stroppy and the ones who weren't prior to using steroids didn't become Pat Tate after a few courses...

I think Louis Theroux is possibly the best interviewer in the business, the way he gets everyone to let their guard down, Saville did a good job keeping tight lipped.

This will always be my highlight

Jake has just found out about the shooting.

He did a project at school about Pistorius before the Olympics and he was a probably his first sporting hero.

Trying to explain to a 7 year old what happened: you can mark that down as one of the most difficult conversations I've ever had.

At least he wasn't inspired to be a mechanic after watching Coronation Street...

Louis is an absolute hero.

My son has him to thank for his middle name.
