Opinion seems divded, but just want to know whether to go for Holdem Manager or PokerTracker?
Would like all opinions and pluses and minuses please!!

its all about how you like them, they are both good but very different, people usually strongly prefer one.
what do you use atm? why do you like it/what do you not like about it?

That's the thing, I've never used one. So have no idea! Obviously need one to take the game to the next level. Tried to download one earlier in the year and it blew up my laptop! Like the sound of the HEM note caddy, but as you said it seems like both will be good.

When I had HEM it slowed my pc so much it was almost unusable

@MtSpewmore I wouldn't normally try so hard, but didn't have another opportunity I could wait for. I wasn't ready to surrender what I WANTED SO MUCH, that easily, I couldn't guarantee a call with me staying stoic and relying on a flinch "top pair" calling reflex.

This PT4 has loads of great features. 100% go with PT4. Really easy to setup also.

I've never played any game, or done anything that was so powerful at making you believe that you 'owned' it... before making you realize that you actually don't.

PT4 is better for MTT's and HM better for cash imo.
I have PT4 installed on my mac and it works really well.

I have always preferred HEM, just the general layout and use of it is cleaner and simpler imo
