Wow..... just saw this at the end of the Jonathan Ross show, was very surprised to see it on TV. Guess we have reached a breakpoint in the obesity v health/risk and affordability of surgery debate. The ad seemed to focus on the cosmetic aspects of it also which surprised me also....anyway seems we are heading the American way of doing things....
