Yesterday i had to stand as a witness in a minor court case in the Magistrates Court involving a taxi driver picking up illegally in my local town.  I was the first witness and left before the case was complete.  Is there anywhere online where i can find out the result of the case?

It was Newcastle under lyme Magistrates court.  There is nothing on that link that is recent.  I have googled it a fair bit and not come up with anything.  I just assumed there would be a list of cases every day on an official govt website with their outcomes.

No it won't be big enough news.  It was a nothing case which will never make the papers.

http://www.thelawpages.com/legal-directory/Newcastle-under-Lyme-Magistrates-Court-297-1.pgs

It will appear on the page above at some point.
All courts have to publish, but some can take upto 12 weeks to update websites, others are live to the day.  It will pot luck which your court is.

Thanks for the replies guys.  I received a letter today from the Witness support service telling me exactly what the result of the case was and the sentence.  Very professional service.
