200nl live Cash Game.

We have    in the BB

Utg straddles to £4, UTG+1 calls, Fun Time Player Calls, SB Calls, We call the extra £2.

UTG is a local player, seems pretty solid / like a decent player. UTG+1 Dutch and has come over with his friend who is playing the Unibet Open, but is not playing himself, he's generally passive/ he'll only 3 bet premiums. Fun Time player is an American bloke, he loads up for £50, limps in, if there's a raise and a 3 bet he will still call, and get it in on most flops, he's done this like 4/5 times and has not won once, but has never shown his cards. Sb is new to the table, so no reads at this time.

Our image it's not totally crazy at this point, but they will know we have been pretty active, especially UTG. Pot is £20.

Flop is  .

We lead out for £13, UTG Calls, every1 else folds. Pot is £46.

Felt leading this spot was better than checking.

Turn was

We bet £30, UTG Call, Pot £106. We have about £180 behind he has us covered.

River:

Pretty terrible card for us imo, just didn't feel I could get another street of value.

So I checked to try and induce a bluff. Thoughts on the river?

He never has  KK/ AK, 1010 or 99 v unlikely we would have heard about it by the river. The 2 hands that beat us  Ace 9 and Ace 10, versus all his flush draws and K x hands.

Bigger everywhere. This is a live cash game, forget these silly £13 bets, it's kt9 two tone and you're 5 handed, bet £20 doesn't matter that is the pot.

You still need to bet this river, most hands will wanna check like KQ Kj I think you only really lose to AK I doubt he calls the flop with A9

I deffo prefer c/r flop, think it's gonna be pretty unlikely this flop gets checked through.

Have to b/f river
