So I've just sold my caravan to a nice guy that came to see it.  Said all the right things, we agreed a deal and he said he'd pay cash.  Sounded good, he said he didn't to pick it up yet but was happy to give me the money now.  He gave me the cash and I offered the keys but he said to keep them for now.  Then off he drove.

Selling these things by eBay seems to attract a lot of time wasters and often a few people try to scam you yet he gave me the money (seems real notes) and just went away.

Am I missing something here or have I been lucky in getting a genuine buyer straight away?  He has my mobile number. It's certainly not something I would do and it seems too good to be true.

Hope so, I just can't believe he did it.  I must have an honest face!

Did he have a towbar? I assume he just has temporary issues that stop him taking it or storing it.

I assume you must have an honest face, as you sa,y and he knows where you live.

How much is he paying you to store it?

Maybe he's a buy-to-let investor and you'll soon have 20 new neighbours Cheesy
