Infantino is going to disappoint a lot of people.

The Brazilian Fa are piloting this and want to do so in the top league next season so far Fifa have told them they can do it but only in the third division.

As with the invisible line for free kicks they will probably be innovators in this area, which is strange for a league a pale shadow of its former self.
