Hi there from Jen - we're fighting under the Snoopy1239 banner today...

Well it's the final Nine's day today, and we are poised (as soon as Snoops finishes his big Grosvenor fry-up) to bring you the action from the only players to be in The Money.

And here they are:

1 Nick Jenkins   64,300
2 Mukesh Morjaria  24,100
3 Stuart Nash  41,100
4 S. Harris  36,300
5 Paul Traynor  29,000
6 Adrian Royle  89,800
7 Keith Hawkins  41,800
8 Chris 'NoflopsHomer' Hall  18,900
9 Ian Cox  13,800

And the prizes for which they are about to contend:

1 £14,400
2  £7,200
3  £3,600
4  £2,900
5  £2,500
6  £1,800
7  £1,400
8  £1,100
9  £1,100

We lay on the thin strip of grass adorning the Novotel Hotel parking lot for ten minutes in the astoundingly bright and lovely sunshine today with Noflops, who seemed in a good fighting spirit ready to play his first Main Event final table!  Good luck to him and the remaining runners - they're opening their little overnight chip parcels right now and expect action any minute.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Hi, gang!

Unfortunately, as with yesterday, the poor connection means no piccies, but, fear not, I am still taking many a snap, and will post them in the gallery section of the site in due course. So watch this space.

And we're down to 8 with the exit of Mukesh Morjaria in 9th place, winning £1,100

With the blinds at 800/1,600, Mukesh raised to 5,000 in late position, and found the quiet S. Harris swiftly announcing 'all-in' in later position.  It came back to Mukesh who, understandably, made a stand with his , and raced Harris' .

Flop:
Turn:
River:

And Mukesh got up from his backwards-facing chair with a "well done boys, and good luck" for the remaining players.  Good guy Mr. M.

We have been (semi) reliably informed that S. Harris' first name is Sid - so we can stop being quite so formal about him... I don't think I've heard him say a word, but he's gone from fairly shortstacked last night to 66,500 presently, and is in good contention for one of those top-heavy top three prizes.

Geezer went all-in for 80k with 7-7, (average was 72k) I called my 76k with QQ....

12th or 13th, $810. He went on to win it. Such is Poker!

Ian Cox has just doubled up off Mr Camel, who no has a face like a smacked bottom.

Camel raised from early position, Cox moved his shortstack in, Camel made the call.

Jacks v Tens

Board came T-T-4-9-2

Somewhat of an emphatic flop, huh?
