i think Craig is saying that he (Mick) doesn't take offence at the name, and if you look at the last (or one of) realshady's posts (Ash Pervais) he describes Mick as a lifelong friend and refers to him as the worm.
I have heard it called him many many times, even shouted across the cardroom and he never seemed putout, though i'm far too respectful of his highness to call it him to his face
