 its more than just '' occasional '' it is a MAJOR presence in the history of your countrys game.

 Scotland has 5 million population, England has 45 million

 yet over the years we have been pretty decent in comparison with England.

 we have had some great players you know.

  i agree these days we have a pretty poor national team, but we are a small country and can accept the fact we may not be able to challenge bigger nations such as , England , Brazil , Germany etc.

 to put it on poker terms, if you sat 2 poker geniuses down at a table.

 one with 5 million chips the other with 45 million, who do you think would come out on top?
