Retief Goosen & Nicholas Fasth for me.  Fasth is probably the slowest player on the circuit, but I think he will win a major soon... and it could well be this one, 80/1 is solid each way valloooo IMO.

Goosen is a big game player and will be there or there abouts i think.

Every Swedish player e/w. Apart from Stenson (and Parnevik if he gets to play(first reserve)) they have all shown form lately.

looking forward to this

course suits strategy and accuracy...so I like Goosen, Donald and Furyk of the top 15 or so

Of the outsiders I like the steady eddies like Allenby, Lonard, Owen

i've had david howell, looks like a low scoring week so look out for the birdie machines.
I think Mickelson should be favourite this week.
The super consistent plodders will just not get enough birdies imo.

Didnt have a bet in the end on the Open - fancied Harrington e/w but there wasnt much value about. Did manage to get a bit of each way value on Perez (80/1) and Hayes (40/1) for the BC open so will be watching that on tourcast instead Smiley

tourcast is a good site.  Are you a member or just a visitor?    I sometimes have a look through it, but am not registered

I'm a member.

For someone who like a flutter on the US PGATour every week it's invaluable. Sky's TV coverage (which is just a link to the American broadcast) is good but they tend just to feature a set amount of players. More often than not i have scouted round for a bit of extra value which may mean i've backed someone who isnt featured in their coverage.

I just turn on the tourcast and i can follow every shot of every player, usually clicking on the "follow" button of my player - sometimes its actually quicker than watching it on the TV coverage!!

Grrrr, just logged on now to read:

B.C. Open: Due to extensive flood damage at the En-Joie Golf Club, the tournament was moved to a new course. There was not enough time to map the new course and generate graphics for TOURCast, therefore TOURCast will not be available at the B.C. Open. We apologize for the inconvenience.

And to make matters worse Pat Perez has withdrawn before the tournament has begun leaving me with just one runner!! (though at least i get my money back, if he'd have took his tee shot on the first then withdrawn i wouldnt have been a happy monkey!!)
