how you cooking them?
 
My girlfreind grills them on a really low heat.

She put loads of seasoning and herbs and crap on them, come out great though!!!!!

put some cheese on top just before there done.melt it under the grill,mmmmm lovely

yep - and if you've got apple sauce, spread some on the chops just before you put the cheese on.

Mmmm steak... gotta be done right though. Either well done and fried with lots of onions and butter or medium (but no red juice) served with pepper sauce.... mMMMMMM

if you cant afford good beef then fine burn it if you like...

however good steak should only be introduced to the heat, but  not intimately...

this is particularly pleasing if dining with fascist vegetariens

I am a big fan of steak and have had more than my fair share while staying here in vegas, one in particular was special though

We went to a reasturant in the MGM grand, and ordered Kobe (google it) steak for $100 each and it was superb, not to be done a regular basis but certainly worth it just the once, especially after a wsop final table, :-)
