I am after some help with regards to a name for a small business. My missus is addicted to Car boot sales and goes every Saturday and Sunday without fail. She has come up with the idea that at both large Car boots she goes to (over 300 stalls at each) their is no one who sells sweets of any description. Now every one eats sweets so we are looking to do it just to bring a small amount of cash in whilst these run.

Since the goods you are selling have been bought for the sole purpose of selling them on for a profit (ie they are not your own personal property), in the eyes of the law you are now a Trader.  As such, be aware of various laws that apply to you.  I would guess that the most relevant ones are the Business Names Act 1985 and Food Safety Act 1990.

yes sweat treats works 'gives you straight hair and curly black teeth'. this was the slogan on the icecream van we used to get when i was wee. it pulled in the punters. maybe thats why i need a veneer now.lol
