Poker is all about characters, and here's another, Darshan 'Magic' Sami.

'Magic', as he calls himself, has jumped up to 33k after surviving the following pot:

Mateyboy raises, Sami (and two others) called.

Flop =

The original raiser bets out, Sami and one other player call.

Turn =

The original raiser checks, Sami moves all-in and the other player goes into the think tank.

Thinking he has a flush draw, Sami says "Don't call, you're behind!" and so he does indeed fold.

The original raiser also goes into the think tank and once again Sami exclaims, "Don't call, you're behind!", but this time, the player called, flipping 6-7 in the process.

Sami turned over his Pocket Sevens and took the pot once the River drew a blank.

"MAGIC TIME!"

And here are the Walsall boys, nearing the end of another successful festival.

Pfft, look at Dani posing for the camera. "How did my hair look?" he inquired.  Cheesy

Phil Peters follows his other half onto the rail with a nasty bad beat on his shoulders.

He managed to get it all-in with the best of it, his Kings looking in good shape against Maurice Nicholson's Ace Queen.

Unfortunately for the 'esteemed gambler', the Cowboys were thrown off their horse as the Turn and River brought runner runner flush to Maurice's bare Ace.

Nick Hicks is OUT.

"Managed to bluff off half my chips when I had 12k, and that killed me off really."

James Atkin is OUT.

Although he survived a Q-8 all-in steal that ran into A-K, James couldn't get away from this Flop.

With the board reading, Two Diamonds , James shoved it in with , but couldn't outdraw the of Lucy Rokach who is now chipped up.

James bounced over here on his exit wondering what the odds were. The answer? 42% vs 58% approx. Not quite as bad as I thought.

"Ah well, I always go out on those sorts of hands."

Just to clarify Julian Thew's exit...

Woodley raised with A-K, Julian re-raised with Tens (even though Woodley had said beforehand that if he were to raise, he would move all-in), and, ture to his word, he did just that.

No Ace or King arrived, but Ian managed to River a Wheel, A-2-3-4-5.

Thank you for the compliments on the updates, much appreciated.

Meanwhile, we've lost two blondeites as both John 'Saphire' Shipley and Tim 'T8mml' Blake are gone, the latter losing a coinflip with A-Q vs J-J.

"Des Jonas bust my Aces earlier on when he flopped a straight," added Blake.

Thomas Dunwoodie has doubled through with Kings versus the Sixes of M Ong.

Whilst Ong is down to just several k, Dunwoodie climbs up to 13k.

Looks like Nick Slade isn't messing around anymore.

He 2.5k pre-flop raise was re-raised to 10k, a figure which Nick called.

Then on the 8-9-9 flop, Mateyboy bet out 8k, and once again Nick called.

Then, after MB had checked the Ten Turn, Nick moved all-in.

MB folded and Nick showed 4-5, adding, "Don't try and outplay me."  Cheesy

The gloves..... are......... off..........

BREAKING NEWS

Tom 'RED-DOG' McCready has just outdrawn someone, and two of them at the same time too!

As Ash Hussain said, "They're like buses".

Anyhow, all the chips went in pre-flop with M Ong holding 4-4, Toni Dicesare with A-K and Tom A-J.

Board = J-9-J-K-2

Ong is therefore OUT.
