Double up for Dave Callaghan - it's all going right for the young Irish player - moving in with , he found a caller in C. Kennedy's .  The board brought two Kings and no danger after the flop, so Dave's up to around 60k from less than 20k at the beginning of this level.  Mr. Kennedy is literally down to the felt, one layer of chips which, yes, I can see just now have gone...

-------------

C Constantionou has bitten the dust.

Danced his last waltz with Pocket Eights, but found two callers, one of whom hit 2 pair by the Turn wiht A-T on an T-5-A-K board. 9 on the River was no help.

There was a short stack under the gun all-in on Jim Reid's table just now - the bet, less than 15k in total, was pretty quickly called by the next player to act.  Slightly less quickly, Jim Reid then passed (Deuces, he said), and the caller actually added, "Do me a favour, all of you fold..." (ah, the total relaxation of anything resembling a Moody Rule, wonderful to watch).  They all did fold, and all-in showed , while caller showed .
Flop:  three clubs
Turn:  two hearts
River:

Double up for UTG, slight scowl for Jim Reid.

Dan Smith    34,000
Dinh Le          OUT
Kieran Small   38,000
Billy Ngo         OUT

Geordie lad, Thomas Dunwoodie, is also OUT.

First lost 30k to Mats Iremark with middle pair and flush draw vs K-Q on a King high board.

And then lost a coinflip with K-Q vs T-T. A King on the flop teased the Brit, but the following Ten forced him onto the rail.

Ciaron Burke has been flying high for a while now, but he's just dropped down to 150k after a encountering a fearless Richie Lawler.

Flop =

Lawler (right and button) bets 7k, Burke makes it 21k and Lawler moves all-in for 69.5k.

Burke (left) seems to be in pain, but eventually opts for the fold.

Lawler proudly reveals

Double through for Bernard Dunne (champion boxer guy) off Stephen MacLean -

Stephen raised to 6k (blinds 1k/2k) and found Bernard on the button moving in for another 14,600 on top.  A great big dwell followed:
"Here's your chance to say you knocked me out."  (This was only funny to me in retrospect when I found out he was a famous boxer).
"Or doubled you up," mused MacLean.  Eventually, he called with , but found against him.
The flop brought straight split outs for Stephen as well as a Queen - , but the harmless Two Diamonds came next and that's a 20k hole in MacLean's stack.

--------------

Also...

Timely double up for Eoin Olin who takes a chunk out of Dan Smith's monstrous stack.

All-in on a Flop of with Pocket Jacks, Eoin, who ran well in the Dublin EPT, fends off Dan's with great ease, especially when he fills  up on the Turn.

Threeway min-raise pot, it looked like, with a flop of .  Tommy Watson in the big blind bet out 9,000, the player in the middle passed and late position Le called.  The turn brought the .  Check-check.
River:  .  Tommy checks again, and checks behind.  Very wise not to take a shot at it, considering he got shown for a nice big house...

Dan Smith bluffs off a few chips to a big blind, having limped in mid position and checked it down heads up until the board read .  The smallish-stacked big blind then bet 7k on the river, and Dan raised him a further 16k.  Even though it was most of his stack to call, something must not have sat right about this raise (why so much, hmmm?) and he called, winning it with the for a pair of Jacks.  Not too dented, Mr. Smith, though.

*****************************DINNER BREAK**************************

If it's anything like yesterday's, we'll be back in an hour, having tried some mystery stew and drunk a gallon of coffee.  See you then.

Huge three way pot which has led to the exit of Carl Longmore.

The shortest of the three stacks, Carl moved all-in on a board of two hearts , only for John Clancey to shove all his chips in.

And if that wasn't enough, a third man (sry, don't know his name) announces all-in too!

The hands?

Carl Longmore = 7-5
John Clancey = 8-8
Mateyboy = 7-7

Incredibly, everyone was drawing dead except for Clancey who picks up a monster monster pot

Young Don Fagen is OUT.

Made his move with A-3s, but ran into A-Q. Spiked an Ace, but it wasn't enough.

120k pot changes hands now - a Button raise to 8,500, a small blind re-raise to 26,500, a button all-in and a call for over 30k more...
Button:
Small blind:
Flop:    and with no eights surfacing, that makes Keith Cummins one of the bigger stacks, and the largest on his table.

If possible will you update me on the progress of Caimin Kennedy. In the pictures you gave he was at the table with the guy with the shiny rim around his cap. Thank you.

No worries, I think Jen is on the case now.

If that is the guy you're after, he's on 71,200.
