Nemesis, try pressing just Print Scrn buton without the alt Heid xx Nothing happens. I click on the top of my screen, i then press alt+prtsc.....nothing I click on the top of the screen, press prtsc on its own....nothing  |

it saves the pic into the clipboard mate. open up paint and right click then paste

Start button>Programs> Accessories> Paint open that up, and then hit ctrl and c to paste the image. Save it as a jpeg Heid xx |

What does FN stand for? How strange? I'd love a lappy with a nice wireless connection, but all those strange keys, and the fact that I'd have to shrink me fingees to hobbit sized puts me off a bit. Well done though You sorted it |

(FN) means Function button, which also has a box around, which is EXACTLY the same as the prtsc button. I should've put  +  together >:? |

If it give you the option "save as" then choose jpeg/jpg, much smaller than .bmp.
