I'm not trying to knock the guy personally, but I do think it 'dumbs down' the show if at least one of the main presenters isn't a poker player.  Last nights show had 5 people in the studio, the two main guys, Charles and Diana Ingram and a guest pro who barely spoke a word in the time I was watching.

It made a huge difference compared to the one I watched on Friday with Carlo presenting.

We are on dodgy ground here Sheriff. Would you class me as a poker player? Careful, now......

When Carlo interviewed me for BPO he was fantastic, he showed to everybody out there the emotions I was going through and how unlucky I was against the worlds finest, and sounds like hes doing a great job

I think what we all need to understand is the difficulty the shows producers must have in finding guests for a show which is on every night.

they have absolutely no idea how people will react when the cameras are on them, and im sure for the first few weeks it will be very much a trial and error system while they find a database of who they will and who they wont be inviting back.

Even auditioning people would be no good, as they cant recreate the pressure of being on the spot and instantly being able to talk on something thats just happened live on air.

So i think patience is the key, and with this being a soft launch, they will wait until they are 100% confident in their product before the well oiled and mega funded Sky publicity machine get to work in promoting the show.

Kev described it as a "tikay episode", he claims never to have heard of this Helen chappie.

I do love the irony though of having Carlo fronting a programme where the players have only 15 seconds to act!

He's trying to lull her into a false sense of security so that there's no advanced restraining order in place.
