Need to score a few points tonight as i'll be playing the £200 f/o at Bolton on Friday.

Latest update, 6 inches off the waistline now !!

And I have joined a Gym, have my assessment meeting on Monday and am doing everything properly.

A lot of people have noticed the change which is rewarding, costing me a bastard fortune in clothes though !!
