Not great coverage online tonight  but with 49 players left i believe JP is still in

Mike Matusow is a big chip leader

Jp started the day with Humberto Brennes on his table

good luck JP

Another bites the dust:

Chris Birchby Eliminated in 34th Place ($12,348)
Mike Matusow raises from middle position to 16,500, Marcus Obser reraises to 50,000, Chris Birchby is all in for 6,000 from the big blind, and Matusow folds. Birchby shows AK , and Obser holds 99. The board comesĀ  8..5..5..A.........9-- Birchby turns the lead with an ace, but Obser rivers a full house to win the pot. Chris Birchby is eliminated in 34th place, earning $12,348.

TERRIBLE BEAT FOR YOUNG JP.

Devin Porter Doubles Through Greg 'FBT' Mueller
This hand took place during the last level. Devin Porter raised to 17,000, John Paul Kelly reraised to 52,000, Devin Porter moved all in for 182,500, and Kelly instantly called with K-K. Porter showed Q-Q, and he'd need to improve to stay alive. To make matters worse for Porter, Mueller said that he folded Q-2, leaving him with one out to a set. Porter remarks that Mueller just jinxed Kelly by saying that. Sure enough, there's a queen on the flop (the case queen, if Mueller is to be believed), and Porter goes on to win the hand, doubling up to about 370,000 in chips. Kelly was crippled on the hand. The hand happened a little while ago, but now you know how Devin 'TranquilChaos' Porter moved up the leaderboard, and what happened to John Paul Kelly.

I sincerely hope JP can come back from this, as l probably speak for alot of people on the forum in saying it would be difficult for me. Wins that hand, l see him with a Bracelet in his second ever World Series event. Very Unlucky JP, your chips were in when you were in front mate.
