It sounds like an enjoyable comp, but I'm not sure why I'd want to invest £250 into a 30 man field that is that dense in capable players.

because in an ideal world it would have 30 more less capable ones.....


for that to happen though needs some marketing etc etc

Because you actually have a chance to play poker perhaps? and not just "turnover" poker, you could win pots WITHOUT having hit the flop! - people were actually passing hands!!!

Because you actually have a chance to play poker perhaps? and not just "turnover" poker, you could win pots WITHOUT having hit the flop! - people were actually passing hands!!!

Seconded. Proper poker, with grown-ups, it was an absolute delight. You can't beat it. Well I couldent.
