Incredible, but not at all surprising. The lad can teach most of us a thing or two about courage & resilience.
Now he can get on with his life properly, unfettered by all those medical accessories & horrid inconvenience, & the family can relax a little too, one would hope.
All good.
xx
Relax..oh yes. Grandma is trying to step back a little ( of course she will).
Just called Calea to have all his TPN medical equipment returned.
Stacey starts university on the 19th of this month.
Reece starts Year 9in the morning.
Darren & I are escaping for our longest break away from the two of them in 6 years.
Tears flowing and what for I cant quite put into words.
I truly hope that not ONE of you ever have to experience the likes of the last six years that we have, although those that have are in our thoughts every day and to this day I think that your boy has been in theater with Reece every time since that big op back a few 27th dec 2007 . xx
