more letters from csa stating i should have paid by there calculations approx 11k

actual payments made approx 16k

apparently i am in arrears to the tune of £1405.67

how come ?because they don't take in to account any payments i made directly to my ex.....tbc

Having just spoken to the CSA they have just told me that they are waiting for my ex to confirm the payments that have been made to her,and if she wishes to chase the supposedly arrears then she can but they have told her should she do that we will then directly fire over all of my bank statements for their perusal which will then highlight the fact that i have overpaid and the secretary of state will then reimburse me with any over payments..they await her decision..................... apparently she is thinking about it.....

Well it was debated by my ex and her father and they decided that they would take 1/2 of the arrears in settlement 91/2 of nothing = zero)
lol,anyway the CSA declined this on my behalf and so they have again debated and accepted that i dont actually owe anything and i should get notification in the post,but not b4 i get a letter saying i owe £865.00 in arrears.... even now the calcs dont add up lol

it was said in closing if i could email the CSA commenting on the service i have received hmmmmmmmm now i'm struggling to come up with the right word...............

letter received from csa dated 21/02/08 confirmed that ex wife has received some payments from me since 2005 reducing my debt to £890.23

letter dated 25/02/08 from csa stating that my ex wife has agreed for the amount of £890.23 to be adjusted to clear my account on the outstanding balance.

The agreement has been made following the understanding that any under oR overcharges that might happen on the case after the date of this letter will be up held and anything that has happened in the past will not be considered.

All in means officially now i don't owe anything and i have to relinquish any previous hold where the ex wife owed me, something i was never going to do

WOOHOOOOOO ONLY TOOK 5 YEARS BUT HEY I'M SURE SHE THOUGHT IT WORTH IT..
