OH ya bastard!...then again..it is, much like Spurs, a second rate club so I can see the similarities.

Really hope Everton or Spurs can win it this year.

I think Spurs will scrape through after a 1-1 away and a 1 goal win tonight. I don't rate the PSV keeper but then again Robinson.......well if King and Woodgate play both legs they should get through.

actually Gomez (the PSV goalie) is a really good one..just about the only decent player we have left after years of selling everyone decent off. Farfan, when on form, is a bit tasty as well.
Yeh i think i was a bit harsh i don't not rate him i just don't trust him. He's more Fabien Barthez than Petr Cech

lol @ Poyet claiming you were better.

As far as beating us at home...that's what a lot of teams think..we are good at home though and I don't think you'll get 2 against us.
you can't be confident of beating us with your away record...and deep down you know you're not confident.

Best team won on the night..and the best team will win in Eindhoven....or at least PSV will. (How many tasty young players does PSV have BTW?...WOoooooooooooohooooooooooooo)

PSV played very well. Their team has a lot of pedigree and their coach got the teams tactics spot on. I would say that Spurs have a 20% chance in making it through.

yeah it surprised me how right the tactics were..We've come a long way since being the team that always F'ed up in Europe (and we ALWAYS messed up).
I was really properly excited about the game yesterday ..we also still have some amazing young talent and that in itsself is quite impressive when year in year out you have to sell your best (or even remotely talented) players...that's the curse of being a Dutch club though (much like Ajax..look at all the amazing potential they lost over the past few years...for some reason 18-20 YO's can't wait to leave the Dutch league instead of sticking around for a few years to grow..like it used to be in the days of Van Basten, Gullit, Koeman and Rijkaard (or even Robben and Van Nistelrooij).
