Has anyone actually called the hotel to find out for sure.. as I find it really hard to understand how a large chain like this can possibly not cater for wheelchair users..

Ta Smiley

I'd rather stay somewhere where everyone could stay Smiley

Maureen you would be surprised... I organise conferences, and we have a few delegates that are wheelchair users, some places are awful.

OK at the moment I got the marriott 5 ways at £110 a double £90 single, wheelchair friendly £110, swimming pool etc. PER NIGHT. But I cannot arrange a discount till the morning. Same with the Hyatt, and the Novotel the travelodge says they are wheelchair friendly but they have 3 steps outside. Lots of more options to try but I am sick of talking to night porters. So 2 moro will fill you in.
