Guys,

Thank you for your kind words and support.

I had a really good time and enjoyed the comp. Thank you to Luton for putting on a good event and it seems to me that your on the right track to getting things back to how they used to be.

It was good to see so many of the old faces (players/staff) that i have missed that make playing at Luton one of the best places in the UK.

Looking forward to the next one.

Dan.

PS, well played Vin i thought you played really well.
PPS, Happy birthday Nina...you dont look a day older than 24.

Well done guys

55 is an excellent turnout

Hope we see you more at Luton again Danny, preferably on nights I'm not there!!!

Thanks for all the good luck messages.

Really enjoyed this comp, obviously cashing helped but also because it was run well and 55 people made the effort to play it. A good crowd there on friday, Dick Lynch, Chompy, sicilian, jim mcbride, M3Boy, Raj Modha & Irish Denis. And there was some good players too Smiley

Two things to say about Dan Sansom, firstly, very well played. He had 5k at 300/600, next time i seen him at 600/1200 he had about 110k. Brilliant performance by him and he absolutely ran the final table. Secondly, he had 340k of 550k when 4 handed and blinds of 3k / 6k and offered us a deal that was very very generous. Fair play to you Dan, you're a gent.

Well done too, to Simon, Nina & the staff. A good opening effort for the G and hope there are more there for the next one at the end of July.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.
